For the past four years, Melika has developed and refined this approach through group classes that emphasize movement, balance, oppositional forces, and body awareness. The result is a method that not only prevents the physical and psychological injuries common in the classical field, but also makes violin accessible to learners of all backgrounds.
We designed this method around the whole child, prioritizing creativity, curiosity, and community over competition and exclusion. Our program is the first in the world to achieve violin proficiency through a fully choreographed, body-centered movement practice, executed in rhythmical, musical structures that are accessible to all.
Our belief is simple: every child deserves the chance to create sound. Our job is to guide them in finding their own.
